Daniel heads Resolut Consulting, a global leadership development firm based in Toronto, Canada, with associate consultants on every continent. He is an Adjunct Faculty in the Executive Education arm of Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, Canada. He also holds similar adjunct professor roles in top business schools in Asia and Africa.

Dr Belinda Nwosu is a faculty member in Organisational Behaviour and HRM at Lagos Business School. Her expertise focuses on human behaviour in business, particularly in tourism and hospitality, spanning leadership and employee behaviour. She combines research and practice by designing leadership programmes and advancing the hospitality sector in Africa through the LBS Hospitality Initiative.
